Day 19: Mystique - Rebecca Romijn (“X-Men” series)
I think the character of Mystique ended up with some of the best fight scenes in the X-Men series. From her knockdown dragout with Wolverine in the first movie to her dramatic escape from custody, she ends up providing some amazing acrobatic action sequences. One of the more interesting characters for me through each of the movies.
Nightcrawler: “Then why not stay in disguise all the time? You know, look like everyone else.”
Mystique: “Because we shouldn’t have to.”
